Sundial Investments H-Pump Pickling Caps are purpose-built flange protection caps designed for horizontal pumps used in saltwater disposal (SWD), acid pickling, hydrostatic testing, and general oilfield maintenance operations. What It Does

These caps seal and protect your horizontal pump flanges during acid pickling service, equipment storage, field transport, and routine maintenance shutdowns. They prevent contamination from dust, dirt, moisture, and debris while keeping corrosive treating chemicals contained where they belong. The integrated threaded fill port allows for pressure testing and fluid fill without removing the cap — saving time and reducing exposure risk in the field.

Built for the Oilfield

Each cap is manufactured using industrial stereolithography (SLA) printing from high-density, chemical-resistant ABS-like resin. This is not hobby-grade 3D printing — this is production-grade additive manufacturing that delivers superior dimensional accuracy, a smooth professional surface finish, and reliable chemical resistance rated for exposure to HCl, H₂S, and common oilfield treating acids used in SWD and well service operations.
